Nara Strawberry Lab Pearl White Selfie Seeds

Grow one of the most unusual luxury strawberries from Japan! Nara Strawberry Lab Pearl White is a true white strawberry with pale flesh, a fragrant aroma and gentle sweetness.  Each listing includes one fully peeled strawberry skin patch containing at least 75 properly dehydrated seeds that have been stored in perfectly cool and dry temperatures in a clean, controlled environment using HEPA-filtered air to help reduce exposure to dust and airborne contaminants. White strawberries are exceptionally uncommon compared with traditional red varieties, making these seeds an exciting addition to any rare strawberry seed collection or Japanese fruit genetics project.

These Nara Lab brand Pearl Whites are not to be confused with pineberries as these have been line bred to have a sweetness on par with traditional Red Berries. These are easily the sweetest white strawberries I have ever come across. With a viability rate of around 10%, it’s recommended to sow at least 10 seeds per 4-inch container and gently separate the seedlings once they sprout. Colors will vary from yellow, brown and red and will remain on the peel in transit. It does best with high nighttime humidity and thrives with our bloom juice.
 
Seeds show natural genetic variation, but pheno hunts have shown consistency in quality. These have been cold stratified since December 2025, so they are ready to sow upon arrival.
