Due to the nature of some of our products, you must be over 21 years of age to view and/or purchase from Selfie Seeds™.  By purchasing from this site you warrant that you are over 21 years of age.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Except in relation to the description of products and services available to order from our website, we do not guarantee the entire accuracy of any information provided on websites we link to or quote information from.
Selfie Seeds™ does not accept liability for any of the opinions expressed in, or content of, product reviews, blogs or other comments, or photographs that are shown on this site.  The fact that third party opinions and comments are displayed does not mean they are endorsed, favored or recommended by Selfie Seeds™ or any employee.

Dud Seeds
We recommend using our sister site to learn "How to Germinate Seeds". All of our seeds are viability tested and we ensure they have 100% germination rates. As long as you use one of the methods explained in the linked video, we offer guaranteed germination, but we will require proof. You may file a claim by contacting us at [email protected]. Your replacement will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) as soon as your return is authorized. After germination, we do not hold responsibility for any plants but tutorials on best grow practices can be seen on our sister site HWGrow.

Exchanges
If an order has not been shipped out yet, you may request an exchange by Contacting Us and you will be able to swap out seeds and bill you for the excess or refund you the difference. The difference in price will be refunded as soon as your order is shipped out. Once the package is scanned by USPS, the order is final and may not be changed. We do not allow any exchanges on seeds once they have been in your possession.

Refunds
We do not offer any refunds on seeds unless they are duds or lost in transit. Proof will be required. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made in the same payment method you used for your order.

Hermie Policy
All of our strains have been grown out to harvest with intentional light leaks, droughts & high/low temp shocks. Once the strain has proven to withstand such stresses without hermiing, we breed it. As a breeder, we stand by ethics in the eradication of poor genetics and stress induced herms. However, in the event that a seed grown ends up being a hermaphrodite and evidence is provided, a full refund or replacement will be issued. Any claims must be filed within 6 months of purchase and proof will be required. However, it is important to note that there are 3 different types of herms and late stage rodelization is a type of hermaphrodotism that happens as a plants last ditch effort to procreate. This will not produce seeded buds by the time the buds are ready to harvest. Please watch this video on the subject.

The trademark Selfie Seeds™ has been registered and it's use in the manner to misrepresent or claim relevance to our brand may result in suit. All of the software, images, videos, website and pages relating to the Selfie Seeds™ website is copyrighted, owned by or licensed to Selfie Seeds™. It may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of Selfie Seeds™, all photographs on it and its marketing materials.
You may use Selfie Seeds™ content for private and non-commercial use only i.e. to view, copy and print portions of Selfie Seeds content for the sole purpose of placing orders.
 
Limitation of Liability
Selfie Seeds™ guarantees that all information provided in all of our descriptions (including all pictures) of the products are accurate.
Selfie Seeds™ makes no promise that the use of SelfieSeeds.com will be uninterrupted or error free.  Our website is provided on an ‘as available’ basis.  In the event of technical errors resulting in improper availability, we will do our best to repair them as quickly as possible and you will be notified.

These Terms and Conditions shall not limit any rights you may have as a consumer that may not be excluded under applicable law.

Subject as mentioned, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Selfie Seeds excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss and Selfie Seeds™ shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:
        any interruptions to order delays in updating Selfie Seeds™
        the infringement by any person of any intellectual property rights of any third party caused by their use of Selfie Seeds or any product purchased with us,
        any loss or damage resulting from your use or the inability to use the Selfie Seeds™ website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control,
        any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong

Selfie Seeds™ will not be held responsible for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, etc.

Legal Disclaimer
Seeds are sold as souvenirs, and collectibles only. They contain 0% THC. It is imperative that you check your state and local laws before attempting to purchase seeds, and we are not liable for what you do with seeds after receiving them.
We dispatch our products on the condition that they will not be used in conflict with applicable local law. The regulation and enforcement in respect of some of the products we sell differ from state to state. We therefore advise you to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject. For this reason, Selfie Seeds™ can accept no responsibility for products intercepted or lost in transit, if you place an order for a product to be sent to a destination where it is illegal.
We refuse to sell cannabis seeds to anyone we have reason to believe is not going to use for personal use only or to use them in a state where cultivation is a criminal offense.
