Dud Seeds
We recommend using our sister site to learn "How to Germinate Seeds". All of our seeds are viability tested and we ensure they have 100% germination rates. As long as you use one of the methods explained in the linked video, we offer guaranteed germination, but we will require proof. You may file a claim using Contact Us. Your replacement will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) as soon as your return is authorized. After germination, we do not hold responsibility for any plants but tutorials on best grow practices can be seen on our sister site HWGrow.

Exchanges
If an order has not been shipped out yet, you may request an exchange through Contact Us and you will be able to swap out seeds and be billed for the excess or refunded you the difference. The difference in price will be refunded as soon as your order is shipped out. Once the package is scanned by USPS, the order is final and may not be changed. We do not allow any exchanges on seeds once they have been in your possession.

Refunds
We do not offer any refunds on seeds unless they are duds or lost in transit. Proof will be required. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made in the same payment method you used for your order.

Hermie Policy
All of our strains have been grown out to harvest with intentional light leaks, droughts & high/low temp shocks. Once the strain has proven to withstand such stresses without hermiing, we grow out a clone of her and breed it. As a breeder, we stand by ethics in the eradication of poor genetics and low stress induced herms. However, in the event that a seed grown ends up being a hermaphrodite and evidence is provided, a refund or replacement will be issued for each plant that hermed. Any claims must be filed within 6 months of purchase and proof will be required. However, it is important to note that there are 3 different types of herms and late stage rodelization is a type of hermaphrodotism that happens as a plants last ditch effort to procreate. This will not produce seeded buds by the time the buds are ready to harvest. Please watch this video on the subject.
